Jaylee Espinal Pin

Iaylee is a licensed attorney before the Courts of the Republic, having graduated from the University of Guayaquil in 2022. Her practice focuses on General Procedural Law, with extensive knowledge of the procedures established by the COFJ, prioritizing compliance with established principles in this area. In Civil Procedural Law, she is dedicated to protecting and reclaiming individuals’ rights, prioritizing the protection of her clients.

Her passion for the profession centers on Family Law, where she assists in cases involving divorce, visitation rights, child support, and the issuance of birth certificates for deceased individuals (post mortem).

She has completed Specialized Diploma Programs in Procedural Law in civil, criminal, labor, real estate, and constitutional law at the U de Guayaquil from August 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, she holds a certification as a Mediator/Negotiator/Conciliator from the Universidad Estatal Península de Santa Elena and the Center for Arbitration and Mediation for Children, Adolescents, Family, and Community (NAFCOM), awarded in March 2023.
