- Wait for Results: The consultation may take around 30 seconds to display the complete status information for your process on the platform of the National Agency for Regulation, Control, and Health Surveillance (ARCSA).
What is ARCSA?
The ARCSA, or the National Agency for Regulation Control, and Health Surveillance is the technical authority responsible for the regulation, technical control, and health surveillance of products related to human use and consumption, as well as establishments subject to health monitoring and control.
The main functions of ARCSA are as follows:
- Regulate, control, and monitor the quality, safety, and harmlessness of products for human use and consumption, as well as establishments subject to health monitoring and control.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations in Ecuador.
- Protect consumer health.

ARCSA Certifications
