Daniela has been licensed as an attorney before the Courts of the Republic of Ecuador since 2015, with a specialization in Corporate Law and recognition on the "Dean’s List" for her academic excellence. She graduated from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES) and holds a specialization in International Maritime Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in collaboration with the Spanish Maritime Institute (IME), Spain, awarded in 2019. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Labor Law at Universidad Ecotec.
