With over fifteen years of experience, Catalina excels in consulting on regulatory affairs for health surveillance, external auditing of Good Practices in pharmaceutical establishments, and advising on Pharmacovigilance/Technovigilance.

Catalina is a member of the permanent committee in the health sector for the Ecuadorian Accreditation Service (SAE), highlighting her commitment and contribution to maintaining high standards in the healthcare sector.

Her professional and technical expertise positions her as a top-tier consultant, capable of guiding clients through the complexities of health regulatory affairs, facilitating the local commercialization of licensed products with registrations and health notifications approved by the Regulatory and Surveillance Agency (ARCSA).

She has been teaching Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry for over 10 years as a university professor in the School of Medicine at Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES).
